🔨 Drilling & Breaking Equipment
Our drilling and demolition hire range includes rotary hammers, combination drills, SDS-max breakers, and electric chisels suitable for brick, concrete, masonry, and tile substrates. Whether you need to create cable channels, break up a garden path, or install anchor bolts in reinforced concrete, we have the power and bit variety to match the task. Equipment is supplied with appropriate drill bits and chisel attachments for the substrate you specify at booking. All breakers and hammers are vibration-rated, and we provide anti-vibration gloves and hearing protection recommendations. For extended hire periods on breaking tasks, we also offer electric-pneumatic models that significantly reduce operator fatigue without compromising impact performance on hard materials.

Our cutting hire inventory covers circular saws, reciprocating saws, jigsaws, tile cutters, angle grinders, and bench-mounted mitre saws. Whether you are cutting timber for a deck, trimming ceramic tiles for a bathroom fit-out, or removing old steel fixings, our selection covers all common and specialist cutting needs for residential projects. Blades and discs are included for standard applications, with specialist cutting consumables available at a modest surcharge. Equipment is pre-adjusted for safety guard compliance, and all models meet current European electrical safety standards. Staff will demonstrate safe operating technique for any cutter you hire and advise on blade selection based on material thickness, density, and finish quality requirements.
🪣 Surface Preparation Machines
Surface preparation is one of our most popular hire categories, encompassing floor sanders (belt, orbital, and edge), wall chasers, scarifiers, planers, and concrete grinders. Whether you are stripping old floorboards to bare wood, levelling a concrete subfloor before tiling, or preparing exterior masonry for rendering, we supply the appropriate machine with full guidance on technique and abrasive selection. Most surface grinders connect to standard vacuum extractors for dust-controlled operation — we hire these as a bundled package to simplify your setup. Aggressive scarifier models are available for removing adhesive residues and coatings from concrete substrates. We hold consumables such as abrasive sheets, grinding wheels, and drum sleeves for purchase alongside your hire booking.
🪜 Access & Lifting Solutions
For work at height or heavy material handling, we offer aluminium scaffold towers, podium steps, heavy-duty ladders, electric hoists, and hand trucks rated for appliance and material movement. Scaffold towers are supplied with all necessary base plates, stabilisers, and trapdoor platforms, and our staff will provide assembly guidance or on-site instruction if required. All access equipment complies with EN131 and BSEN1004 standards, and inspection tags are current at time of hire. Whether you are painting high ceilings, fitting light fittings in a commercial space, or lifting a replacement boiler into a plant room, our access solutions keep you safely elevated and properly supported throughout your working period without the need for expensive subcontractors or scaffolding firms.
💧 Cleaning & Pressure Equipment
Our cleaning hire range includes cold and hot pressure washers, industrial wet-and-dry vacuums, carpet extractors, steam cleaners, and gutter vacuum systems. Pressure washers are available from 150 bar to 250 bar and suited to vehicles, patios, facades, and drainage systems. Hot wash models are especially effective for grease removal from commercial kitchen exteriors and driveway oil staining. Industrial vacuums are available in both single-phase and three-phase variants and are compatible with standard M-class dust filters for construction debris. All cleaning equipment is fully operational and supplied with the relevant lances, hoses, and adaptor fittings. We also offer guidance on detergent compatibility and surface protection during pressure washing to prevent substrate damage.
🏗️ Mixing & Concreting Tools
For masonry, screeding, and concrete work, we hire electric cement mixers (60–180 litre drum capacity), forced-action paddle mixers, concrete vibrators, and screed rails. Whether you are laying a garden path, casting a slab foundation, or mixing tile adhesive for a large floor area, our mixing equipment ensures a consistent and workable blend. Forced-action mixers are ideal for self-levelling compounds, resin-bound aggregates, and fibre-reinforced mortars where drum mixers would be unsuitable. All mixers are powered by 240V standard supply and are supplied with drum-cleaning guidance to minimise residue build-up. For larger pours, we advise on concrete vibrator use to prevent voids and improve finish quality — and can recommend admixture ratios for common Italian climate conditions.
